-The type of commission you'd like (e.g., portrait, bust, half body, full body).
-Reference image(s) of your character or person to guide my artwork.
-The pose and expression you envision for your character.
-Your preferred currency for the payment.
Feel free to share any additional information or specific details you think are important.Sketch Approval:
Once we've discussed the details, I'll create a sketch for your commission and share it with you for confirmation. After you approve the sketch and payment is received, I'll proceed with the detailed work. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I'm open to making any necessary adjustments to the sketch to meet your expectations perfectly.Payment:
Payments are accepted via PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you from [email protected] for a secure transaction.Optional In-between Update:
If you prefer, I can provide an optional in-between update to show you the progress of your commission. This ensures we're on the same page throughout the creation process.Finishing Touches:
Once the artwork is complete, I'll deliver it to you digitally in a high-quality format.

Terms and ConditionsUsage Rights and Commercial Use:
When commissioning artwork, clients receive non-exclusive rights to use the commissioned piece for personal purposes. This includes personal display, sharing on social media, and printing for personal use. Please keep in mind that I, as the artist, will retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork. If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purposes, like selling prints or using it for profit, you'll need to purchase additional commercial use rights.Resale:
The artwork should not be resold, distributed, or licensed for commercial purposes without explicit permission. The commissioned piece is intended for personal use and enjoyment, and any unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation is not allowed.Delivery Timeframe:
I strive to deliver the final artwork within the agreed-upon timeframe or as discussed during the commission process. Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the timeline, but clients will be kept informed of any necessary adjustments.Refund Policy:
Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the client is dissatisfied with the final artwork, I will make efforts to understand and address the concerns in a fair and considerate manner.Ownership and Credit:
As the artist, I respect your preferences. If we have explicitly discussed and agreed that the commissioned artwork should not be posted on my portfolio or used for self-promotional purposes, I will honor that arrangement. Otherwise, you're welcome to share the artwork with proper credit to me, the artist, but crediting is not mandatory.By commissioning artwork from me, clients agree to these terms and conditions. The goal is to ensure a positive and respectful experience for both parties involved in the creative process.
